The MIL-MG3 from EMC Partner is a Military Immunity Test System with EPOS proprietary firmware OS. It features a 7" capacitive touch display with gigabit Ethernet, USB, and RS485 connectivity interfaces. This test system offers positive, negative, and electronic switching impulse polarity with 6 BNC I/O programmable connectors. It includes test reporting via the USB interface, automatic firmware updates, and a modular on-site plugin-based upgradeable system. The choice of couplers allows easy expansion to a test suite for MIL-STD and DO-160 impulse requirements. 

It includes standard safety features such as an emergency stop button on the front panel (red/yellow) compliant with IEC 60947-5-5, IEC 60204-1, and ISO 13850. The system also includes a warning lamp, TC-ST test cabinet, and a remote emergency stop button. This test system requires an external synchronization source of 50 - 280 V and has a maximum programmable output of 24 V and 300 mA. This smart system is compliant with MIL-STD-461 and DO-160 standards and is ideal for military and aerospace systems.
